This page is put together to answer many of the questions that our renters may have before, during or after their Door County Vacation. Our frequently asked questions are broken up into four different categories to make it easier for you to find your question and/or answer. We recommend filling in the reservation inquiry at the bottom of the properties page. This form is directly e-mailed to us and we can check availability and then send you the reservation information. Please feel free to call us at RentDoorCounty.com at any time if you are not comfortable using e-mail, or you may have additional questions Unlike our competitors, we do provide all linens and towels with your stay, although we do recommend bringing additional beach towels. We place the linens on the bottom of each bed to verify that every renter is receiving clean sheets. We require half of the payment upfront while the second half is due two weeks prior to your arrival. This can be paid with a Check, Money order or Cash. We do accept Credit Cards, but there is an additional 5% charge and the full amount is due upfront.
-How do I find and open the lock box once I arrive at the vacation rental? We place all of the lock boxes on the main door of the unit. These lock boxes are attached to the door handle.simply line up the numbers with the code that we e-mailed you and the side will slide open revealing the key.
Departure questions Miscellaneous question -How can I receive information on events, festivals and other events going on in Door County? We recommend visiting the Door County Chamber OF Commerce (www.doorcounty.com) for this information. They have yearly calendars of everything going on in Door County.
