Hanson Cottages are located right near the town of Ellison Bay on the water. There is a private permanent dock for the cottages. There is plenty of water to park a smaller boat or pontoon (2-3 feet of water). Enjoy the sunsets on the deck or take a stroll down the dock.
Only a short walk away is the town of Ellison Bay which has restaurants, fish boils, taverns, grocery store and more! You can also take a scenic bike ride down Garrett Bay Road and enjoy the famous Clearing nature preservance just up the road.
There is one Queen size bedroom on the first floor along with the fully stocked kitchen and family room. There is an additonal TV/reading room with convertible couch (bedroom four) as well on the first floor. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. All the bedrooms have gorgeous views of the bay and Ellison Bay Bluff.

Enter into a small hallway with stairs on the left leading to the second floor which has a full bathroom with shower stall only, a queen bedroom, and a two twin bedroom. Back on the main floor, to the right, go through a door that opens to the family room & kitchen; the kitchen is to the left and on the landside of the house, while the family room with dining and seating areas & view of the bay are on the water side, straight in front of you. On the far left wall of the family room are entrances to a queen bedroom and a back hallway that leads to the bedroom with sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. The family room also features an entrance to the large deck on the water side of the property, which has a picnic table for outdoor dining.
