A cozy, yet spacious 2 bath / 3 bedroom home on the beach on exclusive Ridges Road with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. 15 minute walk to downtown Baileys Harbor to the West, or the BH Yacht Club to the East. Home faces south, with limited sunset views from the sand beach. Modern conveniences such as wireless internet access, satellite TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Games and puzzles for grown-ups and kids, including horseshoes and tetherball on the beach. Fireplace inside, fire pit on the beach. Private setting with rare forest/wetlands view to the West.
There is a Master bedroom with full bath and two additional (tandem) bedrooms. Master bedroom has a Queen bed; second bedroom has two twin beds; third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four with a lake view.

Floor Plan Description
There is one step up to enter the house – you’ll find yourself in an entryway with the kitchen to the right and the living room to the left. Through the kitchen, there is another entry area with the side door, an entrance to the dining room, and an entrance to the utility room with washer and dryer.
The living room has a large fireplace and a sofa and chairs; it also has an entrance to the dining room, the family room, and the back hallway.
The back hallway has a full bath with shower stall only, a bedroom with two twin beds, and the master bedroom and bath. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the master bath is a full bath with a shower/tub combo. The master bath is situated off the hall, but there is a door to that section of hallway in addition to a door to the bedroom; this means you can choose to use the area as a master suite or as a separate bedroom and bathroom.
A set of French doors separates the bedroom with two twins from the bedroom with four twins (bunk beds), which has a water view. The bunk bed bedroom also has an entrance to the family room.
The family room has lots of seating, a woodstove, a TV, and a dining table for four next to patio doors that open to the back deck, where there is a picnic table for 4 for outdoor dining. There is also a built-in desk, another entrance to the utility room, and an entrance to the dining room.
The formal dining room table has seating for 6 and can be expanded to seat 8 easily, up to 10 if necessary.
