Floor Plan Description

Enter into the vestibule of the condo – it has a stairway down to the unfinished basement, an entrance to the utility room with washer & dryer, and a powder room.  Straight ahead is a hallway to two queen bedrooms, each with private full bathroom and entrance to a shared patio.   From the vestibule you will go upstairs to the open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen.  The kitchen is straight ahead of you after you reach the second floor, and the living room is directly to your left while the dining room is in front and to your left.  The entire water side (to your left) of the house is windows, so both the dining room & living room have gorgeous views, which you can also enjoy from the second floor patio (entrance from living room).  The upstairs bedroom is on the opposite side of the house (to your right after you ascend the stairs); it has a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
