Nestled high in the woods is this brand new country house, 2010 construction.  Tranquil setting offers privacy and abounds with nature.  Yet you're only minutes away from the village of Egg Harbor where you can enjoy the new Egg Harbor beach, marina, unique shops, and restaurants.  The Alpine Golf Course and Frank Murphy County Park are also only minutes away.  

Inside this lofty home is a large great room with wood burning fireplace, a brand new flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player, and movies for rainy days.  The master bedroom suite has a queen sized bed and a private bath.  The other two bedrooms boast a queen bed in one, and two twin beds in the other, plus a shared bathroom.   

The eat-in kitchen is fully furnished and has an expansive view of the back woods. There's also a washer/dryer neatly tucked away in the kitchen for your convenience.

The generous front porch has a patio table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the birds, wild turkeys, and other wildlife.  For your convenience the house has central air conditioning.

Floor Plan Description

Step onto the spacious front porch; there is a patio table and seating here.  Enter the front door and the living room greets you to your right, it has a fireplace and a TV.  Continuing straight into the home from the front door will lead you to the eat-in kitchen, located at the back of the house & to your right.  There is a dining table for six and an entrance to the back patio & back yard; there is a charcoal grill on the back patio.  A closet off the kitchen houses a washer & dryer and a utility sink.  On the opposite side of the house, a back hallway gives access to the bedrooms; there is a full bath with a larger shower stall, bedroom with Queen sized bed, bedroom with two twin beds, and the master bedroom.  The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and attached private bathroom, with shower/tub combo.
