Enjoy the quiet side of Door County while staying at The Homestead located about 1 mile west of the town of Jacksonport with its restaurants, quaint churches, and parks with sandy beaches. 

The Homestead is a recently renovated 1871 Farmhouse that has been in the owner’s family since 1943.  While restoring the house the owners found an 1871 Door County Advocate stuffed along the sides of the windows, which gave them the approximate age of their home.
