SUMMERHAVEN is a new rental for 2009 and is located on 210 feet of shoreline on the bay side with 2 1/2 acres of private woods.  SUMMERHAVEN has one of the nicest private sand beaches in all of Door County.  A permenant dock can hold up to a 30 foot boat with water depths of five feet at its end.  The property includes a kayak and row boat for your enjoyment.  Located at the south end of Ellison Bay this property is close enough for a walk to town for shopping, dining and groceries.

SUMMERHAVEN is comprised of two seperate cottages.  Both have full kitchens, at least one full bathroom, Satellite TV with flat screens, DVD, and a fireplace.  Cottage 1 has two bedrooms and a bath while Cottage 2 has four bedrooms and two baths.
