• $2100/week    -    $400/night (3 night minimum, by owners discretion)

•      *Owner requires weeks during peak season, unless close to dates)

• Shoulder Season Rates, June 11-25, August 23-Sept 6
  

• $1650/week    -    $325/night (3 night minimum)                        
  

• Off Season Rates  - June 1- 10; Sept 7 - Oct. 7                 

• $1200/week    -    $275/night (3 night minimum)
• 11% tax extra (5.5% sales, 5.5% room)
• All stays during peak season less than 1 week or overlapping designated turnover day are subject to approval.
