Charming two-bedroom cottage overlooking the bay and village park with public beach is located on a wooded cottage row in the heart of Sister Bay. The Respite is conveniently located a block back and overlooks the Sister Bay public park, beach and playground. Or you can walk a half of block into town and visit the wonderful local shops and restaurants. You will be virtually minutes from two state parks for nature lovers, hikers and bikers. Golf, mini-golf, fishing, marinas, boat landings, a grocery store, a day spa and more are also just minutes away!  On rainy days enjoy family time playing board games furnished on the property or watch a movie on the VCR/DVD. (Bring your own movies or rent one up at the Piggly Wiggly.) If you like bowling, walk the couple of blocks to the Sister Bay Bowling Alley and enjoy a couple of games at the cozy, retro lanes. At night enjoy the activities scheduled in the park throughout the summer season or relax on the deck with a gorgeous view of the marina lights. There’s something for everyone!

The Respite is comfortably furnished and decorated to be a calm and peaceful escape from your day-to-day. Relax, read a book and watch the many different variety of birds on the front deck. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home to be able to prepare a full meal if you would like. Living room has a comfortable sectional sofa to relax on and enjoy the wonderful three-sided fireplace on cool evenings. Bedroom one has a comfortable queen size bed with bedroom two having a full/twin bunk bed. If you need room for two more, the living room sofa pulls out into a full-size bed. A charcoal grill and washer and dryer are also on the property for your convenience.
