Floor Plan Description

Upon entering the front door, you’ll find yourself in the main hallway of the home.  Immediately on your left is a half bath.  The end of the hallway opens up into a large living area with a great view of the bay, perfect for watching the sunset.  There is a dining table for seven, patio door to the spacious backyard, a large fireplace, TV, and seating area.  The living area is open to your right and behind you to the kitchen; there is an eat-in counter with stools for four.  A hallway off the living area leads to the full bath, bedroom with full bed, bedroom with twin bed, and master bedroom with Queen sized bed and a water view.
