"The Beach" is Ephraim's newest vacation rental, highlighted in a 2 1/2 page article in Door County Living's early summer 2009 issue. Floor Plan Description

You’ll go up a few steps & enter into an interior porch that spans the entire side of the house. It has a seating area near the door and a breakfast nook near the back. The rest of the house is to your right; the first doorway opens into a beautiful great room. The loft at the back of the great room is a bedroom with two twin beds. The hallway off the back of the great room opens to the kitchen, which also has an entrance to the porch directly into the breakfast nook. A full bath, utility room with washer/dryer, bedroom with two twin beds, and master bedroom with queen bed are all off the back hallway.
